Rice beads, sweetgrass, redfish tails, oyster shells, and sand dollars, each in 14K yellow gold or sterling silver, are all designed and made in-house at our Charleston City Market store.
Charleston Rice Bead necklaces and bracelets come in yellow gold and sterling silver, made in the chain style that honors the Lowcountry's rice cultivation heritage. Sweetgrass pendants, rings, and earrings reflect the basket-weaving tradition that continues in Charleston today. The redfish tail pendant is one of Gold Creations' most recognized original designs, available in gold and silver. The oyster shell pendant was cast from a mold made directly from an actual Lowcountry oyster gathered by our designer. Sand dollar pendants and rings round out the collection with fine coastal detail in both metals. Pieces in the collection start at $20 for the sterling silver sweetgrass pendant, with 14K gold styles priced higher.
